The Agentic Engineering CTO Bootcamp Phase 2

The Agentic Engineering CTO Bootcamp Phase 2

The Agentic Engineering CTO Bootcamp Phase 2

Phase 1 is over. AI coding agents have moved from experiment to everyday engineering. Now phase 2 is here and with it even harder organisational questions. Join our bootcamp to answer them.

Limited to 50 CTOs.

Proven practitioners.

Guided and executed by CTOs from the alphalist community. Real leaders with real track records, not consultants.

Two full days, all in.

Food, drinks and a proper dinner with the group are included. Learning and networking at its best.

Phase 1 was trusted by

Picnic · Lufthansa · InnoGames · Enpal · Flink · HelloFresh · Kaufland · IONOS and many more.

You feel these questions? Leave with answers to them.

As Germany’s #1 CTO community, we know what is missing right now and where leaders are looking for exchange. These four questions come up again and again. We will answer them together with you and for your specific case.

01

Where are we today?

Assess the maturity of your engineering organization together with other CTOs.

02

How should software delivery change?

Experience how requirements, implementation and verification change when agents do an essential part of the work.

03

How should the organization change?

Explore new roles, smaller teams, Product Engineers, hiring, training and new team topologies.

04

How do we know it works?

Discuss productivity goals, business outcomes and meaningful ways to measure progress.

Learn. Concepts in the morning, from people who ship.

A CTO sharing where his company strands.

Our agenda.

Two days, two questions. Day 1 asks what actually changes in software delivery; Day 2 asks what that means for the IT organization.

Day 1 · Wed, 2 Dec

Day 2 · Thu, 3 Dec

What actually changes?

Day 1 moves from theory into the mechanics of software delivery. You assess where your organization stands, examine the existing SDLC and then work through what changes when coding agents become a normal part of engineering.

09:30

Opening keynote

The state of Agentic Engineering. Where the industry stands today, what has changed since the first bootcamp and which organisational questions are now on the table.

10:30

Where are you today?

Peer maturity assessment. Instead of rating yourself, other CTOs interview and assess your organization.

11:45

Rethinking Software Delivery & Lifecycle

A concrete view of the AI-native SDLC: from requirements and specification through implementation, verification, review and production.

12:30

Lunch

13:30

SDLC Challenge Rounds

Requirements, Development & Verification. Rotating rounds in small groups: compare approaches, challenge assumptions and build a shared picture of what changes.

16:45

What Works

How successful engineering organizations are changing their SDLC. Concrete patterns from leaders who are ahead.

17:15

Exposing the Unknown

The questions nobody has solved yet. Followed by dinner with the group.

This is not a conference.

The bootcamp is deliberately small and interactive. You will spend substantial time working, comparing approaches and discussing decisions with other CTOs, rather than sitting through presentations.

The room itself is part of the value: technology leaders from organizations at different stages of Agentic Engineering, openly sharing what works and what does not.

Guest · Attended the first bootcamp

Took the ideas from the first bootcamp back into his engineering organization. Shares what worked, what changed and what turned out differently than expected.

If you entered Phase 2 this is the right place for you.

If you entered Phase 2 this is the right place for you.

For technology leaders who already understand the basics of AI-assisted development and now need to answer that harder question.

YOU ARE HERE ↓

Phase 0 · Experimenting

Phase 1 · Agents in daily use

Phase 2 · The organization has to change

This is for you if…

✓

You are a CTO, VP Engineering or Head of Engineering.

✓

Coding agents are already in daily use in your teams.

✓

Your bottleneck is shifting from tool adoption to process and organizational change.

✓

You own decisions about team structure, roles and the engineering operating model.

✓

You want to compare notes with peers at the same point, openly and confidentially.

Probably not for you if…

You want hands-on training with Cursor, Claude Code or Copilot — that is our DEV Bootcamp.

Your organization has not started using coding agents yet.

You are looking for vendor demos or a tooling overview.

You will not leave with a prediction. You will leave with a clearer picture of what you can change now.

You will not leave with a prediction. You will leave with a clearer picture of what you can change now.

Not a forecast of what engineering might look like in five years but concrete next steps for your organization. Bonus: a bunch of new peers that are on the same mission.
